Resiliency Organizing Hub Fellow (MARCH 2026 - MARCH 2027) (PART-TIME, $10,000)
The East Kinston Neighborhood Hub, in partnership with the NC Climate Justice Collective (NCCJC), is seeking a Resiliency Organizing Hub Fellow to support community organizing, civic engagement, and climate justice work in East Kinston and surrounding neighborhoods. This is a paid, part-time fellowship designed for a community-rooted leader who is interested in building long-term people power, strengthening local organizing infrastructure, and connecting residents — especially youth — to broader climate justice movements across North Carolina. The Fellow will participate in a year-long fellowship with NCCJC that includes ongoing training, coaching, and peer learning, while also playing a key role in supporting and growing the East Kinston Neighborhood Hub locally.
